From the planned furniture to the services provided, the details were conceived to make the environment more welcoming. All the apartments are equipped with cable TV, minibar, air conditioning, free wi-fi, phone, safe and hair dryer. To promote a nutritious, tasty and attractive food, the hotel concept is also present in the meal preparation, including the distinguished dishes. A chef takes care of the creation and preparation of diverse menus. In the cafeteria, visitors and accompanying people may enjoy various dishes and count on the convenience to order their meals in the room, through the room service.
The messenger service is responsible for welcoming the patients, send them to their rooms in the admission, and instruct them about the utilities available in the apartments. The messenger is also responsible for helping the customer in the hospital release, with safety.
The Hospital viValle also provides distinguished services, such as wardrobe assistants, hairdresser and manicure services for patients staying more than seven days, religious assistance, outsourced laundry services when requested, parking lot, valet and property security.
Medical Examinations
To perform diagnostic and support examinations for treatments, the Hospital viValle counts on the quality from excellent companies in the region, which are part of the Rede D'Or São Luiz. URC Diagnóstico por Imagem is responsible for the Imaging Diagnostic Center (IDC) in the Hospital, and provides support with the performance of examinations in its headquarters. For the performance of laboratory examinations, the Hospital provides exclusive care from LabviValle, which performs the Emergency Assistance, Admission Rings and ICUs exams.
