Important information:
- Individual rooms: The permanence of 01 accompanying person (Minimum age 18 years old) and 02 visitors at time is authorized.
- Double rooms: The accompanying person is only allowed for patients under 18 years old, over 60 years old, or individuals with special needs. In the visiting time, 02 visitors are authorized at time; rotation is allowed.
Isolation Beds: Two visitors are allowed per period (Morning: from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. Afternoon: from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. Night: from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.).
- ICU: The entrance of 02 visitors is allowed, without rotation.
Permitted to stay One companion per patient (Minimum age 18 years old) for the whole period of hospitalization ICU (except during visiting hours).
The entry or change of patient companions shall be made at 8am, 4pm and 9pm only.
General Information
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Children are not allowed to visit (smaller than or equal to 12 Years) to patients in isolation or to patients in the ICU.
- Visitors and companions to patients in isolation are assessed by medical and multidisciplinary teams, which may limit them.
- Statements of follow-up on hospitalized patients must be requested to the Reception Desk at the end of the visit.
